We want you to be a happy customer. If you're not, we'll make things right.

You may return any unused product in new condition and original packaging within 60 days from the date of purchase. You can get a FULL REFUND in the original form of payment (excluding shipping charges).

If the reason for the return isn’t quality-related, the customer must pay the return shipping costs. If the reason for the return is quality-related, Arcedo will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

How does the customer claim the refund or return?

  1. Please offer your order number from the Arcedo website or Amazon.
  2. Describe the problems, reason (return or refund), pictures of the problem would be a plus and email to service@arcedo.com.
  3. Our support team will endeavor to reply to your email, offer a solution within 24 hours.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
